i was real excited to get the oppertunity to get this job in loss prevention on very little experiance. i am a31 year old male. my only concern is the women who hired me may like me or she is just being friendly. she hired me right away, said she hired me on her instincts, has winked at me, wanted to know how old i was etc... so any thoughts, just being friendly or maybe more then that?

Wow, so hard to tell if its just being friendly or more than that. I would take it as a warning sign though, and keep everything possible documented, and watch your back full time in case problems arise later.

She may be too friendly or maybe she really does think you can make it (you never know about a woman's instincts and I'm even a woman).

That's quite interesting.I'm your age and. . .unemployed.Actually nothing like that has ever happened to me.In particular an employed who winked at you is very funny.Anyway good luck to you and maybe you found not only a job but also a partner!

As a female myself, I'd say she's flirting with you. flirting keeps the work day interesting. flirt back! Just keep it really super light. Make sure it never gets past a point that is no longer a light hearted game.

Don't take it serious, concentrate on your work.

If she wants you, enjoy with her, have fun with her. but remember ladies are dangerous than poision.

If you start running behind on them, they will show you their back. So better keep distance, trust me.. she will run behind you like anything....

She can not ask you for your age during the interview process.
