What should I say in the anonymous complaint letter to my rude neighbors upstairs?

I live on the ground floor of an Apartment complex and my neighbor upstairs constantly opens their closet doors repeatedley, .. sliding the doors back and forth, back and forth, back and forth .. slamming each end so that their closet doors slams against all other tenants surrounding theirs. At first, I thought it was the way these people lived, but as time went on, as I close my closet doors, these people get agitated and they forcefully open, close, open, close, open, close their closet doors even though I open mine lightly. I'm planning on typing an anonymous complaint letter and was wondering what would be the right way to say so that these people won't backfire or try to slash the tires off my car? Could anybody give me an example of a good complaint so that my neighbors upstairs would cut the whole closet noise fiasco? Also, I can hear them having sex (all the moaning and groaning), then, while I'm reading in bed, I hear these people taking a midnight shower. There so loud and

totally disrespectful. If I'm feeling this way, I'm sure all the other tenants surrounding them might be feeling the same way that I do right? except maybe some might not have enough guts or courtesy to complain. Even now, it's 11:34pm, and sounds like my neighbor is cleaning their closet. At least there not vacumming so that's good, but still. Aren't tenants suppose to have some kind of rules after the hours of 10pm??

Do you have a tennants association?
If not why not start one. That would give you concerns more weight. Just post a sign near the mail boxes and meet in the community room if you have one or pick the best space you can. If you are friendly with any neighbors now start by suggesting it to them and see what time they think is good to have meetings.
It is common for places to have Noise "quiet times" late night and early AM. If you get together with your other neighbors you will see if it is bothering them as much as you. I would suggest you hold an open house brunch to get the tennants group started.

It would be said to be so you can all face the landlord together on maintanence issues and ,ok by the way, since we are here, lets look at other things associations look at.
At my brothers condo you are not allowed to hang bird feeders or wind chimes.... You could toss things in for discussion so the guilty neighbors have some wiggle room and a way to save face.
I think I have explained enough how it would be good for more than just this issue.

It is a place to start and would give any letters that need to be sent the greater authority than an annonymous one would have.

If you can hear your neighbor taking a shower and all the moaning and groaning ... then it's the low building quality and not them that is at fault.

In a properly insulated and soundproofed building, you should not be hearing any of these things at all.

So, in other words ... you are all in a pissing contest. Have you ever considered that they may think that you are the noisy one? It sure sounds like they think that.

You live in a poorly insulated building with absolutely no soundproofing. That's not your fault, nor is it theirs. If you have a low tolerance level for noise (and it sounds like you do) then your only solutions are to move or to install soundproofing panels on your ceiling and walls.

Why is this impolite? In my city, we've a regulation that non-operational autos would be unable to be ignored on the line.
