Have you noticed that all their cashiers are arrogant immigrants, who act like they are too good to be cashiers. I've shopped there several times and most of the cashiers i've encountered do not smile, do not greet you, or say thank you after the purchase. I try to make excuses for them, like some of them were probably royalty where they come from and now they are here working as cashier clerks for minimum wage and that's why they are bitter. Or they are working part-time while they are studying to be world-class engineers and that they consider themselves too smart for cashiering; and so on.

But my real question is, do these immigrants know the concept of customer service? I'm really starting to doubt it. Maybe where they come from, there's no such thing as 'customer service' in a third world country. Such a shame. I'm never going to shop there again. Next time, I'll go to the one in San Jose. I think the immigrant cashiers there might be more pleasant. hehehe...

i've had this same experience at the fry's in roseville/sacramento. i don't know what it is, but they treat the customers as if they could care less if you shop there or not...not a very wise business practice for sure. i will not go there anymore. i drive 90 minutes to get there, and i've had employees intentionally mislead me when i've asked for assistance with merchandise. then i get all the way back home and find out i got the wrong thing, (usually computer components) then i have to make another trip back down there. the return/refund process is a nightmare. i have literally had to wait for over an hour to get a refund. i finally lost it, and yelled at the manager to get her *** back over here and finish my transaction before working on anything else. i'm 6 ft tall, and can be very loud and intimidating when i choose to be, which is rarely ever, but i tell you, that manager moved when i yelled. lol. the store got quiet, and other customers applauded. the factory remanafactured merchandise can be very misleading, by the way they package and display it too!!

You gave me a plenty mandatory snicker immediately! thank you! ;) I have been given a contravention formerly i extremely did not deserve. in basic terms somebody hating on me in my opinion or the guy I asked in the question, which the question I asked approximately somebody in grew to become right into a great question. O'heck! life is going on, whoever grew to become into at the back of the violation record can not get the satifaction of me belting the blues on my guitar....And whoever made that violation, nicely, enable them to bypass in peace and God bless them ( and that i don't recommend that in the time of a recommend way the two!)
