Working for Bear Rock Cafe. I worked 75 hours a week, 6 days a week and got no overtime (even though by law, as i found out, I was required to). Our franchise owner wouldnt let us order trucks regularly, so we ran out of food all the time and were told to go to Sams Club to get more. Half the time we didnt even have enough money in the store to do a paid out to get the food, and ran out of change all the time, as we were left with a 40 dollar petty cash. On pay day, our checks couldnt be cashed because there was no money in the bank to cash them with. We got no breaks, and usually were asked to stay longer than the 12 hour days we were already working. I was an ASM for them, and they treated me like crap. We got no benifits, and were greatly underpaid for the amount of work we did. Then once I left, I had worked 54 hours over four days ( 40 hours is a full work week) and got paid on a prorated version of 4 days, which again, was against our state labor laws. It was a nightmare day in and day out. I will NEVER work for a franchise again.

One summer when I was in college I worked in the print shop of a factory, which was located in a windowless basement. Usually at the end of the day, after the brain-sucking fluorescent lights and sniffing ink solvent for 8 hours I had a headache that would cripple a horse. Not to mention the boss was a geek and the coworkers were from the local trailer park; I don't think they had 32 teeth in total. Not a great summer.

I worked at previous army and that i hated it. I worked as shopper service and worked on the floor. i might spend 20 minutes refolding a pile of clothing and then help a consumer and whilst i might come back, the pile of clothing may be all knotted up lower back! i recognize its gonna take place inspite of the undeniable fact that it purely amazes me how uncaring some human beings could nicely be. particular its our activity and we gets a commission for it yet come'on human beings, do no longer in basic terms throw the clothing, attempt and be neat! So i could no longer cope with it anymore and hence I stop and now I surely have a job that I absolutly love!

When I was at school.. I was the official Latin homework-maker... (I'm good at ancient languages..quite weird, isn't it?) If I did not their homework, my mates would fail. It was stressing to being sacrifing myself everyday... On return, they used to invite me every week to Mc Donalds.
