I moved into my apt this past March. I have struggled every single month to make the rent. Three months ago the rent check bounced, the next month the rent was paid late. Finally in Oct I couldn't pay the rent at all. My rental office said if I broke my lease they would take me to court. They suggested I find someone to sublet it to. I asked about a repayment plan and was told to make up my own and submit it for their approval. I did that but have gotten no feedback from them and worse yet I find that I am unable to honor the repayment agreement. I misplaced my lease months ago, I asked for a copy but was told it wasn't their policy to provide copies so I honestly don't know my rights. One option is not to renew my lease in March, since I was required to pay 2 last months rent when I moved in Jan and Feb's rent would be covered but that still would leave what I owe for Oct, Nov & Dec. What can I do? Do I even have any options?

My fiancee and I are building our first home. I am extremely new to real estate, I have little knowledge about it. I am concerned because our home does not have a dining room. It has a kitchen with a breakfast nook. We don't have a problem with that, but I am afraid we won't be able to sell the home years down the road because of it. Any advice? What's more important - a living room or a dining room?

So here's the deal:
I had to quit my job to return to school as a full-time student, but it was a job that I loved. I go to school on Tuesday and Thursday and I work at a new job on MWF.

My old employer just called me and offered me a position at the company and said they'd be willing to work around my school schedule. It'll almost certainly be more money.

Can I quit the new job after only 3 weeks of working there to go back to where I really want to be?

Pretty much I'm a new employee. I work in a hospital. There is a manager within another department who manages another department. He has been well known thoughout the hospital for being condescending, rude, belittling, short and arrogant. Just about every encouter I've had with this manager has indicated this. When talking to other employees they tell me most people go around him to get things done or totally avoid him. He also has a smart attitude like no one knows anything except me type of attitude. I don't understand how in the hell does an organization allow an employee to act like this for more then 34 years and becomes manager????????? What is the philosphy behind this. I'm sure if I complain people will look bad at me instead of him. I'm only 24 yo while he is in his early 50s......

I hate Bank of America, the fees are ridiculous, in fact, I hate banks period. Does anyone know of a good bank, how is Suntrust, or Regions, or US Bank? What do you think of credit unions or things like that.

i mean, ive looked at furnished and unfurnished properties on the web and how are they different apart from the price range,
because i was looking at UNFURNISHED properties and they come with the cooker, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, wardrobes, some of them even a bed, and fully decorated,

how is that unfurnished??? i dont get it, i already have my bed fridge, dishwasher etc.. so if i wanted to move (which i do) what do i do with my stuff, i dont want to use somone elses stuff and then have nothin if i moved again.
i thought unfurnished meant i could move my own stuff in there and decorate how i liked it,
does anyone know anything about this and could you explain it to me
i.e how it all works, the rules etc
thanks for your help

I'm needing ideas on how to sell 'learn to skydive' courses. Main customer base would be age 20-35, male. Involves an outlay of about £1200 for the course, flights, accommodation on a 7 day holiday.
Don't have much to work with in terms of budget. Have fully optimised website though.
Ideas please?!?!

I recently started my own single-member LLC company in the state of Texas and need to begin paying myself a salary. I realize there are all sorts of taxes and such I need to take out but I don’t know how and how much. Does anyone have (or can anyone point me to) information on how to pay myself a monthly salary via my single-member LLC subject to the terms of the state of Texas?

More specifically:
* What taxes and other fees need to be taken out, what percentages, and how do I take them out?
* How do I pay the respective taxes to where they’re owed, and how often?
* Must I pay myself a consistent salary or can it flex +- a couple thousand each month?

Many thanks for your help!

Need help trying to get this resolved. It is only a couple hundred bucks and I have provided all the proof to show that they have misbilled me but they will not adjust the bill.

Now the collections guy is doing his thing - threatening to ding my credit report and what not.

How should I handle this?
