Which is the way it should be. To the extent that any medical personnel hold your life in their hands, they are it.

The one's that establish their own practices when u get down to it the doctor make good money when they become a partner or start their own business

I would have to say surgeons, as they are the ones trying to save lives. Without them, you would have no chance at all.
