ing to come on to me. Should I stay. I am having problems finds another place to live that is just as affordable. Should I forget about price and just look for another place to live,.since the landlord is a pervert and is making advances towards me. Please help me. Please give me some advice as to what to do about the landlord who is married with 5 girls. I just want to rent a room from him. I did not come to his house to be his mistress. I aslo fear that he might rape me. I actually left the house today at 5:45 am when it was still dark. I snook out while he was sleeping so that I would not have to come in contact with this pervert.

I am selling my house in North Dallas due to a divorce and I want to know how do I go about carrying my own note. I am interested in selling the house to an older friend and I want to carry the note for her, but I still owe on my first mortgage. How do I carry the note on something like this?

I've worked in a hairdressers for just over a year and on a hairdressing course in collage, but my boss just gets me to do the cleaning all the time and does not train me up. When he is in a mood he does not talk to me, he just talks to the other staff and ignores me.

Citi Credit card customer service manager told me the merchant does not need publish “term” for recurring charges. They could just charge the CONSUMER if they have it no matter where they have it.And I have to pay it.

I paid one ad service through the phone used Citi credit Card. After one year, the merchant charge the credit card again (Is it legal for merchant to keep card info without inform the customer?) I called the citicard to dispute the item immediately and also called the merchant without get anyone answers the phone and I emailed to the merchant staying I did not agree and signed any agreement.

The citicard investigation found:
“The merchant informed us that he send you a email says if you don’t cancel they will renewal contract. And your email back not in time.

I keep talked and faxed to citicard “I did not agree or signed any contract, I do not need to respond to that email. Thinking of email, if I respond to any, I would have broken or billion rich many times. And they did not have any terms on their web site. I do have one paper from the merchant did not have any terms or contract on it.

The manager told me they do not have to publish it or even let you know there is one.
And CitiCard could not charge back the charges. I need to get back from the merchant.

When I called again at 1:30pm the CitiCard rep #QY58 told me he cancel every time after He uses his credit card on the phone or through the web. That is the advice I heard from at least three reps from CitiCard. They keep say I give my credit card out.


What I should do? I could not prove anything if I did not do anything.
And my credit is now 844. How bad will affect my credit when I don’t pay CitiCard?

I have used my credit card to purchase so many ad services through the phone and some through the web. I wandering if I should write to everyone to saying that I did not agree on verbal any terms or contract. And don’t send email to me to hope I ignore it and get me into a contract. Thank god I did not use citicard for these transaction and those merchants are in moral.

Is anyone known any lawyer would like to take my case deal with the merchant and Citi Cards?

I have found a manufactured home for sale but it is for sale by the owner. They are only asking for 24000 and to me it don't sound to bad. What should I be aware of when an owner is selling? I have never bought a home before I have always been stuck in the renting trap and I was wondering what steps I should take? And are there certain lenders that I could use?

Well, I just signed a lease with my boyfriend and we moved in together this past August. I trusted him and believed that he could afford the place we moved into…well, since we’ve moved he’s had 3 creditors call for money. I looked at his credit report (which he is now mad at me for doing, because I didn’t ask) and I found out that he has close to $20,000 in credit card debt!! Just credit cards!! He says it is all from his previous marriage, and I believe him……but now it is 6 years later and people want their money!! He had all the cards in his name, NOT his wifes, and their divorce was messy and he just signed off that she would get all assets, and he got all the debt. I guess he just thought if he ignored it long enough it would just go away….but it hasn’t and now it will most likely keep him from pitching in for rent and utilities, and then I will get EVICTED!! I really do love him and I know he means well, but he is so bad with money!!

I currently owe $3400 in hospital bills. But have no way to pay them off. No one in my family has much to give, even if they were willing to help out.
I am currently 24 years old, with just a part time job, making very little money. I was thinking of moving back to the philippines where tuition for school woud be cheaper, and i can get a degree in nursing.

what are things i need to do to make my credit good beside paying off my student loans and credit cards and paying off the bad debts on my credit report. I know to pay things on time but all the bad things i have against me is for trusting friends and now i know better. but i need something to give my credit a boost to get in the green. I know one thing i need to do is stop applying for stuff like credit cards (walmart,sear etc.) but give me some ideas of ways to make my credit turn good i know it may take a while but i am willing to wait. My credit score is somewhere between 500 and 550, and I have an auto loan through Drivetime that I would like to get out of. I need a new car (family is bigger, so I need a bigger car), but I still owe 11,000 on my old car. That's after a year and a half of making on-time payments. I didn't realize what I was doing when I got this car, now I feel like I'm stuck with it until I pay it off!!! My payments are $420 a month, and I can afford that just fine, maybe even more, but I can't find a dealership that will approve me without me putting $3000 or more down!!!

okay so i was offered a job editing video footage for this person who runs a non nude/nude website getting 10%of profits for doing the graphics. I was talking with my dad about it not letting on that its a adult site he said something about getting in trouble with the law. now i do know that he dabbles in that kind of thing but i trust him, hes been a great friend to me and i know he does everything he is suposed to to have a legitimate business, ie, reporting taxes, consent forms from the models...do i have a reason to feel wierd about it? could i get in legal trouble with this??

My friend and I are looking to start a painting business. We want to go in 50/50 as partners. Can we just make up a business name, or do we have to file paperwork to make it legal. Also how do taxes work? Do we file as a business, or would we just claim the extra money we make at the end of the year along with our individual income taxes? I know we have to file a self employment tax, but do we do that if we file as a company? Any information you can give in regards to starting up a partnership and any legal/tax type of things would be most helpful.
