I dont want to get raked under the coals buying my first house. I dont want my payment to start increasing out of the blue a year or two from now, and i dont want to get into a program that will make it hard for me and my family to afford a home. I want to get a good deal, and payment i can live with. I dont have great credit but it isnt terrible, so i may be looking at FHA, or some other program, any suggestions???

One of the secretaries at work likes to flirt with me and I like returning the same. The other day, I slipped a naked picture of myself into her briefcase, or at least I thought it was hers. As it turns out, it was my supervisor's briefcase, as he had placed it beside her desk after coming back from lunch. Anyway, my supervisor found the picture and has been coming on to me ever since. This was quite a shock to me, as I didn't realize the man was gay, apparently he hides it quite well.

So, how do I get out of this without starting some sort of relationship with my supervisor and without getting HR involved? Honestly, I don't want to hurt the man's feelings, not only because he's my boss, but mainly because he's a really nice guy.

I recently contacted the credit exchange company in regards to an old car repossesion that my husband has to get more info on debt settlement etc.. well they tried to make me sign and seal the deal at all costs but I let them know I wasnt going to make such a big desision without my husband agreeing. Well They have been calling me more than the actual collection people!!!!!!! I let the guy know my husband said NO but he keeps calling me and harasssing saying that they need to talk to HIM to stop calling us. Is this true?

when getting to court the judge can say what the contract means to say is........
on my one year lease the owner put me as the leasor and herself as the leasee. she is trying to evict and wont accept payment so should i take her to court. i tried to tell her from the begining it was incorrect but she ignored me so i signed the lease. going by the lease as it reads she owes me $2000.00 per month and is currently behind. will this hold up in court. she is doing an illegal eviction anyway.

I relocated a few months ago cross country with my employer and have realized it was a mistake. I have been offered a fantastic job back where I came from and have decided to go back. However i was able to purchase my dream home where I am now and am torn if I should rent it or just sell it or hold onto it for a bit to see how well it appreciates. I will be graduating high school this next may, and moving to another state (my homestate). I will probably attend a community college for my basic classes in order to save money. My question is...how can I survuve? I'll need to find a place to live. Obviously I'll need a job but I will only be 17 at graduation, so I don't think I can get a full time job. I may be able to stay with a family member, but will still have to support myself financially. I have a few thousand dollars from social security but I need it for school. Help!

I'm a freelance editor/writer and I work at home. I've got lots of good contacts and all the work I ccould want right now. The problem is that I cannot concentrate.
