I've struggled with that for years, literally. I finally gave up on nonprofits - they want people who are either extremely big hitters (and well known, if possible) or who have never worked a day in the private sector. Nonprofits are suspicious of your motives if you've ever made a decent wage.

Well, practically add all their websites to your explorer favorites, & check vacancies frequently.

Qualify yourself, most of them need post graduate studies

But, if u r as desperate as ur name implyes, don;t close ur options to these organisations, they are good, but v few & usually attract a lot of applicants... So, search for other jobs too, at least till u find the one you dream of!

Ok, the best jobs - nonprofit

The state where you live has jobs all the time, plus the county has jobs in all of their offices.
Start with the unemployment office in your location.
The state and county have the best pay and the best benefits.
