I have about 4 Credit cards that I don't use anymore since about 2 years. But I still got the bills to pay and they have a huge APR. If I pay $80 a month then they take out only $8 for the bill and the rest of the $80 dollars goes towards the APR. I keep records of it and figured it out, I was shocked. So now I am looking to put all 4 Credit cards together in one, have only one APR and one monthly payment. I was wondering if anybody here knows whats the best Company that does that? anybody had experience with that? PLEASE HELP!!!

I recently submmited my resume to a job that I seem highly qualified for, and they are asking for a lot of responsabilities that aren't normal for the position I applied for. They sent me back a simple response "How much?" Shouldn't they be the ones telling me their offer so that we can negotiate... What should I say?

I know firms that are NASD members will sponsor you if you are an employee or becoming an employee. I am more interested in being sponsored by an independent company that specializes in sponsorship.

Mother has been declare incompetent (demenetia). Siblings fighting over property even before Mom passes - think I'm "after" the house. Family is a mess - mother's will was done out of anger and everything has changed. She will be going into nursing home. Would like to avoid probate after her death. I want to add all of my siblings to the title so that everyone feels better about their "inheritance" and I can get on with caring for mom without all the fighting.

I had registered for a class with a private organization and paid them $75 in advance. They cancelled the class before it ever started and told me that my money would be kept on my account. I now no longer have a desire to take a class there and have asked for my money back. They told me it can only be used for another program and no refund can be given. They also said that if after 12 months it is unused, they will keep it. Is this legal, especially since I have explicitely asked for it back? Sounds like a case of escheatment.

Hi!

I'm moving to London in december, or january. I'd like to get a job there, to improve my english and I'm wondering what kind of job can a foreigner get, instead of bar staff or waitress? I'll certainly start with it, but do you have other ideas?

Thanks!

It's a costume jewelry store, kinda pricey, umm, all of them are located in malls but I would like to determine if near a tourist area or shopping area would be the best as far as sales go.
