So I recently have been working at retail (a teen clothing store) in the mall, and it's so far been pretty tough. I work on the floor (greeting, folding, dressing rooms). There is a strict image/environment standard that goes onto the floor and I didn't realize how perfect each fold, stack, etc. had to be. My manager is intimidating and I am always nervous when she comes to see my work, and if something is slightly off, she will tell me. I think it's cause I'm new and she's giving me a trainers attitude, but now I see why so many kids at my school who've been hired before have quit this job early. Should I stay, or leave like the rest of 'em?

I thought it was retaliation by manager, but I kept thinking..."from day one she seemed to dislike us" Now she has tried to evict me twice, I won both (1.unclear 2.not enough evidence) The truth is I am not being a nusance, the elderly ladies on my floor just don't like me & make up stuff, it's getting out of hand. I'm getting paranoid and sick, I just can't see staying much longer, except on principal...why should I be forced from my home, I really really love it, I hate that I am being forced out, why didn't managment just move me? At court the manager kept saying, "their elderly" "their not used to that sort of thing" "He can't be around elderly people, he's to wild" When I moved in, I told'em I had guests at odd hours. They said "not our business." When they choose my apt, they go "we don't have any on the #th floor...OH WAIT! isn't # opening up? Yeah I think so." They knew I'd get complaints, they used to get rid of me after deposit. Neighbor complained 24/7 before I moved in, WFT

Hi, I have been offfered a job in Dubai. I have 3 years of experience in IT Sales. I have completed my Bachelors in computers and MBA from India. The offer is from a company called Raqmiyat. They are offering about 9000 to 11000 dirams a month...ie about 120,000 dirams a years (average).
Should i go for it??? Please help???

I have a question about suing a company that ran out of business. We had a contract with this company to help them sell some of the merchandise, but the business just shut down and moved out of the office (nowhere to be found). They haven't filed for bankruptcy as far as we know, and we have the mailing address of the president of the corporation. Is there anyway to sue the company for either breach of contract or the amount they owe by serving the president himself (is he liable)? What are the procedures (the amount is too big for small claims). Is this too complicated for a non-lawywer to do?

How to become a boss, expert, millionaire etc,...............in 5 minutes, 10 days, 21 weeks etc...

Do you believe THAT KIND OF WORDS are effective to SELL MORE for the books OR it just decrease the trust TO THE BOOK?

Father passed away before he could legalize the will. It went through probate with daughters inheirt 50% of property. The relative who is 74 age believe the will is in forced which allows he to stay there until his demised. I tried to refinance but the title is cloudly. I needed an S.I. from each relative who are over the age of 65. They believe the house belongs to the brother and no need to give serious information to no body. I tried twice to refinance each title company said that they would need S.I's. This is very costly to me and sister. I would like to follow my father's wishes, but financially I can't. I want to sell the house split profit with sister and help my uncle find another place to stay. With this going on what can I aspect to happen legally if they purse this with an attonery?
