I graduated last year with a degree in Real Estate Management (RICS accreditted) and i now want to start my APC. Every employer out there (that iv come accross) wants someone with some experience. i have none, but i feel that i am more than capable of success in the field. if you are a tennant to a private landlord how do you keep the house nice and clean and dont abuse it. we have 2 houses we rent out and have yet to get tennants that respect our houses, why do they thrash them, i have checked references etc, always come back as model tennents! im sick of it now and am planning to sell!! too much stress! we rented a house for 3 years and it was always spotless and we decorated it ourselves every year, i had 2 yound kids at the time and a dog! and the house was left the way we found it in the beginning, come on you tennents show a little respect!

I have been living couch to couch for the last year. Now I need a current address for a rental application. I have very bad credit. Only recently have I been able to start mending it. I have no bank account nor address. I do however have an excellent high paying job and I am current on all car payments and school loans. How do I explain to the rental company why I don't have a bank account nor address? Will they even rent to me?

I wore BLUE sunglasses during the interview on a normal cloudy morning, sitting inside a restaurant!!
After 4 rounds of gruelling interviews for Investment Banking manager role, I had the final interview just 15 minutes ago. So, this guy who is the European head came to my city for business and asked me to join for breakfast in a restaurant.
I had conjuctivitis infection this morning so I decided to wear sunglasses. I borrowed from my roomie, who only had this techy FU*KING blue sunglasses. Interview at 7.30am, no shop open so I ended up sitting in front of this European head wearing my sunglasses during the whole interview.
I explained him the situation, but guys sincerely, do u think I still hav chances to get the job.

Hi, I'm a college student and in need of exercising my entrepreneurial mind and of course making money. The idea of selling company t-shirts crossed my mind. Can I sell these t-shirts say at a swapmeet. I just buy t-shirts at wholesale and bump up the price? Would this work? Any permits I would need? Do I have to be an already established company to do this sort of thing? I just want to sell some t-shirts that I know will definitely sell out in a swapmeet.
