yes u can apply in any BPO where in they want undergraduates in bangalore Mphasis is a company , u can also try in C cubed or Transworks.. if u r looking for other than BPO u can also apply in airlines as only +`12 is qualification but u need a gud height and personality...anyways all the best

in india most companies ask for a class 12 passout with wtevr marks u have scored and a command over the english language
if u have this then u r all set to go
