It seems pretty difficult
with at least a couple of languages "desirable" . I have also heard that the HR department does not really review applications over the net and depend much more on internal recruitment. Any thoughts would be gratefully received.

I am selling stuff on a website called GumTree and I have had lots of enquires about 30-40 but only 2 or 3 sales as the potential buyers keep asking to pay by bank transfer. I do not want to give out my bank sort code and account number for obvious reasons but this is putting a lot of people off.

I have suggested payment by postal order, Paypal and cheque but no.. they want to pay by bank transfer. Am I right to be cautious?
They cannot pay cash in hand due to the geographical distance from me..

I wish to start selling DVDs and have a large amount of money to put behind a business selling DVDs - mainly on eBay. I wish to sell DVD box sets such as Lost, 24, Prison Break etc.

I have no idea how to contact the companies that distrubute these products and where to purchase them at wholesale prices. I have emailed production companies such as ABC but have not recieve any replies about where to acually buy their DVDs.

Although I am UK based, if anybody knows of distributors outside the UK that maybe useful informationa also.

Can anybody help?

Dismissed on disciplinary grounds during a probationary period of 3 month. 3 of the 4 issues raised by the company were in fact false and the one point was trivial in the extreme.
Whilst i accept the company is able to dismiss during this period the manner of dismissal will have serious implications in the future on, future employment prospects, insurance ansd benefit claims.
If I believe the matter is not a disciplinary matter is there any recourse open.
Also, the company's discipline procedure was not followed.

I recently sold my home in which I had a non permitted tennis court on. I know both my husband and I told the buyer verbally that the court was not permitted, but we did not read what we were signing and we sighned that it was permitted. The buyer is now threatening to sue unless we pay almost 5 times (70,000) what the court was given in an appraised value (15,000) Anybody out there with any suggestions. We have closed escrow 60 days ago, and did not intend to fraud. Thanks

finished Micro, Anatomy, Physio, Nutrition, Chem, English 1A/ 1B, Algebra, Sociology, Speech, Psych, and a few others. My question is: does this qualify me for a position within the health care field? Or get me close to something? I live in the bay area and the nursing programs are so impacted that I may be waiting a long time. Do I have any options? My GPA is high and I have about 120 units total but no degree. Should i just go get a degree in liberal arts while I am waiting to get into a nursing program?
Please- no cash crate or treasure troopers etc...

We sold our home, and received an appraisel that went through a tougher edit with the buyers lender. The lender accepted the appraisel and we closed escrow. Now 60 days later, the buyer is threatening to sue for the difference between her new appraisel and our appraisel, Can she do this?
