Can anyone tell me how 3.0 GPA in both overall and major is? I am graduating in this Fall with B.S. -Accounting, and looking for a job in CPA firm. With my 3.0 GPA, What size firm I should apply for. Assume that I have no related working expirences.

I have a B.A. in Diplomacy & Foreign Affairs from a top school and much of my experience has been in sales and politics. I want to transition into market research because my true interests lie in problem solving, statistics, consumer behavior, formulating strategies, etc. Any advice?

From what i understand, I hear that there is a law that protects buyers of homes by new home builders if they take longer than 24 months to complete their given project. After the 24 months period, the buyer then has an option to redeem his/her initial deposit, sometimes with interest. Can anyone shed any light on this? Is this recognized nationally or state to state? Thanks ahead of time!

im 27, almost 28. im asian, been in new york for one year.
i now make 65,000 a year. which means after taxes, i get
900 a week. i dont drive, but im wanting to learn.
i have no property or house of any kind. im going to live in queens.
but i have no college degree either.

In the state of California is it leagal for a landlord to not only raise the rent every year but to raise the deposit as well ? My friends landlord has been raiseing the rent every year for the past few years in addition to raising the deposit. He has lived in the rental for 12+ years now and the lady just started raising the deposit in the past few years. Is this leagle? An example of what I'm asking is like if the rent is started at like $850 when they moved in with an $850 deposit and now as the rent has increased to $1050 the deposit has also increased to $1050. They paid the $850 deposit when they moved in but now she's saying the deposit is $1050.

I have a small workbook that I have created to use for a class that I offer as part of my business... baby sign language. It is 45 pages long... it has some small basic clip art images and a colored border... I don't need anything fancy, but want to keep it professional looking so I want to skip out on the ring binders of all size, number and type... I got a quote at kinko's of $25 which is outrageous in my mind so I am putting it out there for some opinions and options...
