Can anyone tell me how 3.0 GPA in both overall and major is? I am graduating in this Fall with B.S. -Accounting, and looking for a job in CPA firm. With my 3.0 GPA, What size firm I should apply for. Assume that I have no related working expirences.

Basically the best CPA firm you can get an interview with. It is unlikely that you will get a chance with the top tier firms (Big 4) but you should try nevertheless. It is always possible there are less cosmopolitan areas that are desperate for people.

If entering large firm is your goal, start working toward your CPA exam as soon as you can. An CPA credential will shadow your low GPA.
