a little bit is ok: too much can make you inefficient. It's if you can figure out when it becomes too much is the key.

Not all stress is negative.. Fear of success, that is challenged becomes a job boost, rather than a set back. I agree with others who have stated that whether stress is an aid or interference depends on the person, the circumstance, and to a certain degree, the work environment.

its definately interfering a job in way....it comes and crosses with your work duties and you become side tracked
