The fees on Internet bank accounts and other things, varies from bank to bank. Contact the different banks and ask. If you don't know where to start, go to a phone-register for your area; on line or in a book, look up the banks and read info or call customers.

You would have to call them to find out or go to their website. Usually banks have different plans.
My bank has free online banking and free online billpay, no minimum balance with direct deposit and free checking.
