I'm looking for a flat / house at the price of about 150,000 - 170,000£. With this money, I expect to live far from central London.

But I was surprised to find one can still buy a flat at 100,000£ in London (SE6, SE7 is an example) . Do you think those flats are a good investment, which means the price will rise in the near future?

Or the fact that these flats are relatively cheap while the market is hot means that people are avoiding these areas ?

would send you a violation notice without reviewing the facts surrounding the issue as opposed to this "automated response" to the abuse report?
Do you think that Yahoo! Answers team personel have a responsibility, similar to a judge and jury, to review all pertintent data before passing sentence and fining you (deducting your points)? If you read the way the asker worded this question the way I read it then do you think my response was harrassing to other participants and if so then wouldn't it be fair that as an aswerer I might feel harrassed by the askers lack of basic language skills?

I've been working at my job for nearly a year. I've enjoyed it and the people are nice but is data entry, very boring and I think it's time to look for something exciting. I am going to try for a promotion (which obvious I'll let my line manager know about). but do I need to let her know I'm looking for outside work? im sat at work and have the most terrible head-cold.. runny nose, sore, swollen throat, headache, hot/cold spells, neck ache.... im really continplating wether to go home and rest or just sit here, grin and bare it (considering my dad is my boss.. im sure he would understand the need to go home?)... what do you think i should do and what would you do honestly??

Had phone call am today. All parties, sols, GE Money & Link financial had meeting yesterday, told us today they are not willing to pay compensation, Hawkeye is self employed and has lost of a money, sorting this mess out. Experian & Equifax have told us they have removed default, but we dont know what will happen in the future when we apply for new mortgage etc. I am beginning to wonder was it all worth it, we are even more financially worse off and feel we have been ripped of by our solicitors, who didnt check that it had all been cancelled. Every professional has been negligent in some way or other, but to our cost not theirs. All we want is for someone to hold their hands up and say sorry we have done this to you, and for what we have done we will pay some compensation..

I have recieved a call letter for interview from Jis shipping lines in ghana and have offered me a job of a medical officer on their passenger ships.
