I recommend you call around to similar businesses and ask them how much it cost to start. Then I would speak with some local contractors to determine renovation costs.
If you don't have a business plan written you need to start with that because the research it takes to write one will likely answer most of your questions.

You are probably going to have to ask someone in that field. If you know of one you want to renovate, you are going to have to get estimates from a contractor and whatever other businesses you'll need to get ovens, etc.

Anywhere from $10,000 or more to start one. To renovate could cost you $20,000 or more. It all depends on how big you want to start. How many employees. Talk to a banker.
