is it necessary that your address be on your resume. and that your ssn be on paper applications lying who knows where. what can be left out on a resume?

but really, when you turn down or your not offered the job how do you know the information is being disposed of properly. I have worked in a place where the job applications were left at reach to anyone, even customers.

I trust no one!!

Ok im a grad student doing research on Foreign nurses recruitment. Im working on the pricing part, Foreign nurses go through the immigration process which add up expenses to hiring them ( Lawyers, paperwork, travel, reviews). Who pays for these expenses? Are hospitals eager to pay these, with some set conditions like employment contracts? I really need help on this part. How much does a recruitement company charge hospitals for a nurse they successfully place?

If they ask why you are leaving? Here is the deal. I have only been at my current job for 7 months. When I was hired, I was promised to be moved into a different position, and I was also promised a huge raise (thier words not mine) upon getting my insurance license, well I completed my license and nothing has happened. To top this off, some other people quit and instead of hiring people to fill in the spots, they expect me to do it all. I am just tired of being stepped on here and working for peanuts. I have two degrees and I am better than this, but how would you answer the why did you leave question and not sound like you are bashing the place, greedy or irresponsible? thanks
