Its everything that's expensive here now not just property.
We are now one of the most expensive European country's to live in. i think this is down to the amount of immigrants and our own people who we have to support who are claiming benefit because they are not in work and have no intention of doing so.
Therefore we end up paying not only for ourselves to live here but everyone else who doesn't want to contribute.

BUPA care homes are inner maximum and as such are of a an prolonged much extra advantageous universal than neighborhood authority homes. in my view i believe successive Governments have betrayed our elderly who ought to all receive high quality care and residing standards. They made sacrifices in 2 international Wars we does not see people making immediately, and paid taxes all their lives and now many ought to flow with between ingesting or heating. This appalling government has plundered or ruined each thing sturdy approximately this united states of america, and all yet eradicated any last nationwide id. in line with probability if we stopped sending help in a foreign country while our very own are in want, or stopped subsidising Scotland our elderly ought to earnings as they deserve.

People are under the misconception that if their house is valued high when they sell it they will be rich. They seem to have forgotten that they will still need to find a place to live in after they have sold the house sale.

It's also a situation that is being encouraged by the financial institutions....don't believe me? One of my friends has just taken out a mortgage for 4.5 times in salary. That level of debt scares the willies out of me.

I have no idea. But, when you find out, will you please tell me because houses are even dearer in Ireland! It has gone to ridiculous proportions now with nurses, teachers, policemen etc. unable to afford a house in the cities, where they work. If some kind of scheme is not devised for these people to have affordable housing what will happen to cities?

Not enough legal room to build and too many buyers, I believe this is the case until the Government allow more homes to be built on green field and preserved areas. This problem pushes the price up.
