we are a small company and we just decided that we need to market ourselves better on this powerful internet media.

Our new strategy is to encourage Bloggers to write about us/our product (Good or Bad) on their own blogs and then we give them away a few free samples of our products !

We are sure, we would get a good response to this. But we only want to give it to bloggers who meet the minimum standards or in otherwords who are 'genuine'. So what standards do we need ? How can we judge if one is genuine or not?

P.S:
1) Its not who writes first, its who comes with a full proof plan
gets the points.

2) I dont need new marketing solutions or advice. Thankyou.
What all I need is written standard which helps me judge if a
blogger or genuine like:
a) How to really know if the persons who claims it owns the
blog,
b) How much does he have to write
c) etc..

I filled out the paperwork for my research job to start getting paid but the lady forget to ask my boss about my wage. I told the lady that I used to do this kind of work and started at 8.50/hr and would like to make 9.00/hr because I have experience doing this kind of work. I also said that I don't want to seem too demanding...
She kind of looked at me weird. Should I not have said anything? I just don't want a wage of 7.00/hr when it is more rigorous research work that my previous job.
btw, I am an undergrad.

I have an opportunity to purchase a home that is going to be foreclosed on. The seller is asking me to purchase it, let him live in it for 1 year by paying me rent, and give me $10,000. When the year is up, I will sell it back to him at market price. He simply does not want to lose the house. Does this sound legit?

I recently bought a new house and I am living in that house. I bought the new house before selling the old house. I know, a mistake!! The old house won't sell!! It has been on the market for more than 60 days with no offers. I can't afford to keep paying two mortgages. The old house has a first and second mortgage. I don't know what to do. I can't rent it for as much as the payments are and I'm draining my savings paying mostly interest. If I have to let it go and the bank forecloses what happens to my new house and my other assets?

Focus Group is a marketing research method. Usually before a new product or a new ad is launched, the company arrange a small group a people, usually 3-8 people to sit in a comfortable room. Food and drink will be served. Then they will have 1-2 hours to talk about their opinion about the product or ad. The researcher seldom express his opinion. What they talk will be taped and analysed by the marketing experts to help them get some clue out from it.

I have always strived to be #1 at work and I am currently in a position, where I see that I will not be #1, #2, or #3 (this is out of a group of 6 employees) for a long time. This is a hard realization for me.
I feel like that if this was school I would be a D student, which is not acceptable to me. I know that with time I will move up the ranks.
Is it ok not to be #1? Do you have any suggestions on how I can come to terms with myself?

i purchased my home 2 1/2 months ago. i got it on a first time buyer 80/20 plan. i have a 2 year arm. now i'm terrified i will not be able to afford my home in 2 years. the monthly payment is already 2920. i'm baerly making it due to circumstances with my husband's work. what can i do? is it true i have to wait to refinance?? after i bought a house i purchased a new car. i had to return the lease i had been driving but had to wait to buy a car because of escrow...borrowed a put-put for two months. i think i;m maxed out on my credit limit...does that make sense? the house is only under my name because my husband had credit problems in the past and his score isn't very good. so everything is under my credit. for starters, i have cut back on little binges i would spend money on...eating out, toys for children, non-brand-name stuff, bulk shopping, gave up expensive hair and nail visits, no more starbucks, i dont "pick up the tab", i really need some help with my finances.

My husband and I are 30 years old and trying to decide if it is in our best interest to take the buyout for $100,000. We know that Uncle Sam will definitely get his share, but we estimate that we will have approx. $70,000 left and plan to put 50% into clearing up some credit issues and the other 50% in our existing business in which he will be a full time employee w/health insurance and continue to pay his child support (he is current). Ford employees have rumors going around that Child support will be deducted from your buyout equal to 1 year of support even if you are current, as well as if you have cars financed through Ford Credit they will payoff the cars and deduct that from your buyout as well. If these rumors are true, it definitely changes our decision to take the buyout. Has anyone heard about this and it is true? If you answer tell me how you know. Thanks.

I last lived in a state with income taxes, so I've been filing income taxes there. But it occurred to me that since I live and earn income entirely in another country, why shouldn't I be able to change my state of residence to a state without income taxes?

Thanks in advance.
