There are plenty that you can do
1. walk dogs
2. mow grass
3. fix bicycle for kids in your neighborhood
4. water plants and house sit
5. get up dog poop in your neighbors yard
6. teach people how to work there computers
7. clean houses
8. pull weeds
9. rake leaves
10 sell something
sit down and make a list of things you can do then on your computer make a flier and send it out to 30-50 people. You will get a call back from some if not send it out again. If you for example rake leaves a small yard you can do in an half an hour to an hour you might charge $15 for that if you can do two yards in an hour you make $30 an hour. Or if you charge $15 a dog for an hour walk you walk 4 dogs at once you just made $60 an hour. Just look around you for things you can do.

No problem....start a business....

You're in Michigan...well guess what...start a snow shoveling business....lets folks pre-pay you for a cheaper rate - right now, go sell them to all your parents friends...then you hire other kids at $7.50 per hour cash. You tell them, no lie, that it costs $25 to get hired...why?...because you want to be sure they show up...they do *ON TIME* and work the day they get an extra $25...they don't they get the $25 back the next day and that's that.
