Ok im a grad student doing research on Foreign nurses recruitment. Im working on the pricing part, Foreign nurses go through the immigration process which add up expenses to hiring them ( Lawyers, paperwork, travel, reviews). Who pays for these expenses? Are hospitals eager to pay these, with some set conditions like employment contracts? I really need help on this part. How much does a recruitement company charge hospitals for a nurse they successfully place?

I've never done travel nursing so I'm not really sure but I do know that lots of recruiters are willing to pay relocation costs and bonuses for U.S. nurses just from state to state so I'm sure they are importing foreign nurses as well. I would imagine there is a contract involved so the hospitals and agencies can recoup their costs.
