Had phone call am today. All parties, sols, GE Money & Link financial had meeting yesterday, told us today they are not willing to pay compensation, Hawkeye is self employed and has lost of a money, sorting this mess out. Experian & Equifax have told us they have removed default, but we dont know what will happen in the future when we apply for new mortgage etc. I am beginning to wonder was it all worth it, we are even more financially worse off and feel we have been ripped of by our solicitors, who didnt check that it had all been cancelled. Every professional has been negligent in some way or other, but to our cost not theirs. All we want is for someone to hold their hands up and say sorry we have done this to you, and for what we have done we will pay some compensation..
