would send you a violation notice without reviewing the facts surrounding the issue as opposed to this "automated response" to the abuse report?
Do you think that Yahoo! Answers team personel have a responsibility, similar to a judge and jury, to review all pertintent data before passing sentence and fining you (deducting your points)? If you read the way the asker worded this question the way I read it then do you think my response was harrassing to other participants and if so then wouldn't it be fair that as an aswerer I might feel harrassed by the askers lack of basic language skills?

Anastasia, my answer was deleted but was as follows:
"Whatever you do ... don't ask this same lame question of any potential clients or you won't have a business to have to worry about any taxes".

Shaddup 'misslabeled. You're an idiot obviously so who cares what you think.

Well, it looks like they were right to delete it, as they probably will this question. Your response *was* insulting to a participant, and the "s/he did it first" excuse is what is lame here.

If you don't like the rules don't come here and whine about it. Go play someplace else.

Did you forget yahoo is one who give in to china's "big brother" law so they can make a few buck.
You and I are using something for free but yahoo knows the they'll bend the rule of ethic, moral or what have you for money. I'm not surprised if yahoo is letting bush reading my personal profile right now.
A group of "moral" police..... I guess I feel lucky there are those people who don't commit any sin in life like us so they can be judge over us.

Good Morning Moral police

actually I am more annoyed that Yahoo answers didn't react to repeated complaints I had about a particular question and every other responder thought the questioner had to be disturbed. You can always appeal a violation decision.
