I apllied for the post of Administration Assistant..and they called me for some skill test..and i got thru in all test...nearly 3 tests.and they asked me to come for the final interview.and i attend the final interview with two gentlemens. they interview me around 40minutes. once the interview is finished they asked me to wait for sometimes untill they get back to me again. and then after 10 minutes the two gentlement took me to the General Manger and he also interviewed me for 10 minis.after that the GM asked me weather i have any holiday plans before joining the job?i said no. and he said.this is very demand job and rewarded..after that he said to me now the HR department will contact u for further things...when i came out i saw another Lady also waiting for an interview with GM. what is this? what can i assume? pls tell me some idea..im really very upset and cannot wait for the results

we deposited the check into our account. The check was issued by escrow company within California..
The bank said the money would not be available to us until 7 working days later. Is this legal?

Okay so I work at a place that has parties for kids. We sometimes get tips from the parents and we split them with everyone who is working. One night a lady had a party and my shift manager made a huge mistake and told the mom her party was free when it wasnt supposed to be. To make a long story short the mom said okay then charge me 150.00 and split it between the 3 of you as a tip. We did that and now my General manager is taking our tip away and using it to pay for her party. But the thing is she didnt call the lady she said it was our companys mistake so we have to take care of it not her. Is this fair? Should I have gotten this tip? What can I do/say with out getting fired or getting my GM and owner agaisnt me. I just wanted to know if they can even do something like that it just doesnt seem right to me. I could see if the mom wanted her tip money but its not like that.

Is there a way to get a loan to start a very small restaurant? I don't have any money to put down. Also, how do I know how much I need? I found a small place that is up for lease that would be a great location, but I don't have money to start it and have no idea how much money it takes it start it.....like put the ovens, carpeting, tables chairs....ect.... Remember, this is just a very small place not a big restaurant.....Like takes 3 people to run it.

I have just recently married. Both my husband and I have townhomes. His is larger than mine so I will be moving in with him. We are currently trying to decide if I should rent or sell my townhome. We want to move into a single family in another year so if I sold mine, we were going to put that money towards a new home. However, some people have told me that renting would be a good idea as well. Now I am just confused. Any suggestions?

some one told me they knew how to raise me credit score 20 points by hacking or something. i lost touch with this person and I'm curious about this. I don't know anything about hacking so I cant even try. Does anyone know anything about hacking or anyting about raiseing your credit score with min. effort and quickly. I am in training at a new job ( A premier Insurance company ) as a service rep, in training I was asked to tape a simulated call with a partner, I knew the call would be graded, However I thought it was a feedback task not a test, in the middle of the call I could not toggle through the screens so I asked my partner if I could stop erase this part & start over; I did not record the rest of the call & the start over statement was on the tape, I turned the tape in. I was called into my trainers & managers cue I was severly reprimanded, I really had no idea the severity of what I had done, after all everyone in my training class rerecorded; I thought it was acceptable, but evidentally this was a test . I was told I did not represent the companies values & this incident would be recorded in my file. This is only my third week, I have already been spoken to for a tardy ( there was a traffic accident on the highway a 20 min drive took 1 h & another time for coming in early.
I need this job

I got a $30,000 total settlement for a recent car accident. I make around $38,000 per year which is low for San francisco. I have no credit card debt and I am 26 by the way. I cant think of how to really spend this money. I live in San Francisco where the average tiny home is at least $300,000 so buying is not an option since my mortgage would be unmanageable(i.e I would not have enough to have a comfortable buffer, not to mention association fees for all condos are at least $300/month here)...The money is in savings at a nice 4% rate for now but I wonder if I can safely increase the money for real. Its not enough money to be a millionaire overnight but does anyone have creative ideas besides perhaps stock market? (I am kind of researching that now anyway). I also plan to keep $5000 untouched at least as an emergency fund by the way.

We have been renting our home for over five years and have recently learned we will at some point have to move out because the owners have decided to sell and we are not ready to buy at this time.
I feel the market is slowing and do not want to be pushed into buying until atleast we see where things are in a year. My problem is, should we stay put for now. They have several others to sell and ours is not put on the market yet. They have a total of six to sell. Would you be looking for a place to move or sit tight and wait it out?
