I thought it was retaliation by manager, but I kept thinking..."from day one she seemed to dislike us" Now she has tried to evict me twice, I won both (1.unclear 2.not enough evidence) The truth is I am not being a nusance, the elderly ladies on my floor just don't like me & make up stuff, it's getting out of hand. I'm getting paranoid and sick, I just can't see staying much longer, except on principal...why should I be forced from my home, I really really love it, I hate that I am being forced out, why didn't managment just move me? At court the manager kept saying, "their elderly" "their not used to that sort of thing" "He can't be around elderly people, he's to wild" When I moved in, I told'em I had guests at odd hours. They said "not our business." When they choose my apt, they go "we don't have any on the #th floor...OH WAIT! isn't # opening up? Yeah I think so." They knew I'd get complaints, they used to get rid of me after deposit. Neighbor complained 24/7 before I moved in, WFT

Difficult boss & cranky neighbours are no doubt pain in neck. Still we have to cope and get along. Don't take it too seriously and try to avoid frustration & dismiss it in good humor. Moreover as you tell she is 60-70 Yrs, she wont be here for long.

Being old is no excuse for being rude.

Being young is no excuse for being rude.

It doesn't sound like your situation is working out for you. Stop blaming the mgr for your actions.

Forget all excuses. It's time for you to move. It's not your place to decide what the manager should or shoudn't do or what your neighbors should or shouldn't like.

Find a new place to live

Frankly if your neighbor doesn't like poeple living near them then they should move. I wouldn't move. If you like it there despite the complaints launched by your neighbor then that is their problem. As for the manager just trying to get your deposit, I doubt it. They were probably just trying to fill a vacant apartment.

Look at it this way, they're old-they'll die soon. If you like the place, then don't move. But, you have to put up with the old ninnys.
