i have been working since Sep 2005 in some company and i must do many thing and now i need more money how can i write for him?

I would advise against writing a request for salary increase. Your best bet is a personal face to face meeting to discuss your job performance thus far and question him discretely if and when cost of living or merit raises are offered. Many companies have standard procedures for raises at a certain time of year based on company profits. You are coming up with two years of service so I don't think you'd be out of line to ask for a review; however, putting it in writing is not advised.
