Try an get some perks included in the offer- accomodation thrown in, flights paid etc. You can say that you are weighing up several offers right now and if accomodation was included you would be very tempted to take the Dubai position. (It can be expensive to rent a decent apartment in Dubai).
Otherwise I would go for it (1years contract maximum), it will be an amazing experience. My sister lived out there for a year and had a great time. Just make sure you dont sell your self short- only accept if they throw in some perks- they will respect you for this hard-nosed business like approach.

Hi, I live and work in Dubai, I am a British Expat here. The salary you have been offered is a genorous one, many Indian expats with MBA's work here for as little as 2500 dirhams a month!
The salary is also tax free and with your earnings you can afford to rent your own apartment, run a car, fly to India twice a year, live a nice life and save money.
I can't comment on the company - I don't know of them but I think you will enjoy it here.

I would certainly go for it. I've been in the Emirates now for about eight years and no thoughts of going back to the UK or anywhere else.
Dubai's a very busy place. Lots of shops, souks, restaraunts etc. Always something going on.
That money is not bad at all but before you make a move find out about accomodation as it is V. expensive in Dubai.
Good luck.

Are they offering accommodation and transport? Petrol is cheap, cars are reasonable. But, accommodation is largely unfurnished and costs about AED 6,000 a month! Half your salary!
Find out the details of the rest of the package. Dubai is also not a cheap place to live. You have electricity and water to pay? Food costs are about 30% more than in the UK.

Dubai is an up and coming place to be...be very careful, a young man like you will be fine, go for it..unless you have a young family
I know that it is a big money earning place as long as you stick to the rules that you will be given when you get there, you will be fine,
there is a lots of scare mongering but it wont be as bad as you think...good luck

They work long hours out there buddy !
It's quite normal to work 7 days a week as well. I know somebody who went out there, but came back to England because he was exhausted from working 7 days a week, 7am till 7pm, and he had 3 days off in 3 months.
They don't take kindly to sick days either !
Thats was in the engineering business though, so perhaps your working times may differ. Worth finding out what times they expect you to work first though.
Good luck if you go for it though !
