No. Unfortunately, if a potential employer knew you stole once, he or she will feel you will steal again... totally unfair, of course, but that's the reality. That's why you don't give them the opportunity to be unfair... simply state the reason for leaving as "seeking other opportunities" or "decided to start different career."
