You could run into Trademark problems-maybe even a law suit. Come up with something different.

You could potentially have problems, but then they may never hear of you. I knew of a bar called Snoopy's that was full of Peanuts memorabilia... they had pictures of Snoopy all over the place. The owner sent a menu to Charles Schultz (the creator of Peanuts) for him to sign it... about a week later he was visited by Schultz's lawyers. He had to change the name to Beagle's Inn. So, my friend, odds are they won't know about you unless someone tips them off. Good luck with your company.

You might. For example if you called your company Nicrosoft or Balt Disney I bet they'd go after you.

Depends, but probably not. Use common sense. If you're calling yourself PepsiCom, for example, you might have some issues.
