Where in Florida would be the best place to open a Store?

It's a costume jewelry store, kinda pricey, umm, all of them are located in malls but I would like to determine if near a tourist area or shopping area would be the best as far as sales go.

Probably Bal Harbor, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Miami Beach...get the well to do "snowbirds" on your side, do not depend on tourists as they have a limited budget generally

On the beach, get some old oil drums, set them in a semicircle, place your merchandise on top of them. Beach people can stop and buy (sell beer too).
