My Great Nephew is 18 years old. He has lived at his girlfriends home for the past six months. His Great-Grandfather is his legal guardian. My nephew was in another auto accident, his third in the last 1 1/2 years. All of them have been serious, but this time he has no insurance, they cancelled him after his last accident, and the lady he hit is in a coma and may not live. He refuses to stop driving even though he knows he's not insured. My dad is 75 years old, is he still responsible for this out of control 18 yr old?

My husband and I have moved out-of-state and having been trying to rent our home. We hired a rental agency to show the unit and to take care of the lease paperork. Twice now they found someone who wanted to rent our property. Both times the day that the renters were moving in, the next door neighbor has gone over there (it's a townhouse) and wanted to know why they were peeping into his windows. He got really angry and told them that they better keep the kids quiet or he would come over and make them shut up permanently. Needless to say, they were worried about the guy being crazy and backed out of the lease. Now, the rental agency has said that they can't help us due to potential liability. What can I do about this? It is a brand new neighborhood with well off homeowners and a strict HOA. I had contacted the HOA and got all of the rules for renting. These people had over 720 credit scores and no background issues. HOA says they won't do anything.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Once the layaway program is done away with, it will affect the elderly, the children, the general population from all walks of life, it will affect holiday joys, and it will cause the theft to go up.
The layaway program is the an answer to those who don't have the priviledge of credit cards. I am sure Sam Walton is turning in his grave!!!

Is it true that when you pick up the money from Western Union, you need a question and answer from the sender to receive the money? Or the only thing that is required is the ID? Please...let me know. I am sending the money to a buyer but I want to be sure I will receive the product. Thanks

I work for a big corp.
my company is trucking in Indians by the dozen.
I am working with a lot of them.
Now in meetings, it is usually just me and a group of them.
A lot of time, they speak in their language. Not english.
It is very uncomfortable.
how should I handle this?

It seems like everyone calls themselves (business) a wholesaler or distributor. Bunch of sheep dip. Out of hundreds of sites I have viewed 99% of the so called above they do not ask for resale certificates or any type of documentation which is a big warning sign or at least should be to the saavy. This means they are selling at above wholesale pricing and the customer would need to try and resell at even a higher marked up retail price.

Same for these websites that are preloaded with products (you keep the price difference) and for a monthly fee you can have one and make all kinds of money. Another rip-off because if you do any research on some of the products you can find the same product they are letting you sell for a wholesale? price for even a better price at retail elsewhere. You are trying to sell products (marked up in price already) to someone else at even a higher markup. The only person making the money is the one that is collecting that monthly website fee. Good Luck!

First job interview/informal meeting tomorrow.
It shouldn't be anything too formal, as it will be an entry job as a sales associate at a store selling sports equipment.
I just want to know what they'll probably ask.
I'm assuming, Strengths and Weaknesses?

Ok, I got an apartment..things were great..bad luck set in. I needed to move back closer to family. I talked to the lease agent & she made me give a 60 day notice & I had to pay rent for the 60 days the apartment was still considered mine which was over a 2 month period & I also had to pay $1900 up front...Well..thats what I was doing until they (apartment complex people) did something stupid&cuz of them doin this my check that i payed them with bounced..got that all solved but they were going to charge me an extra $200 on top of rent.Im not made of money & my bank didnt even charge me that much for a bounced check & it was their fault that that happened (that ones a long story, dont focuz on the wrong part) So I got all my stuff out&just left. I plan on payin &everything but I cant pay all the money at once. I was gonna pay $50-$150 a month (depending on my finances)until the debt was paid off. what can they do to me cuz im not payin all up front? Any good advice would b appreciated
