Everytime I post a link with help to someone's answer... It is considred spam... watch this question will be deleted just by saying this site is great for your answer (" http://www.affiliatetier.com ") - Everyday I post a link in a question, or an answer... the link is always relevant to whatever I am talking about which is usually credit or credit card related, the link I just posted has excellent credit related articles... so why delete this post, which I know yahoo will... YAHOO always deletes it... WHY?? If it is not an advertisement... and the person does not make money or own the web site, or is even affiliated! Why do you delete it???

I'm not from there I'm actually from Rhode Island but I'm currently living 30 min north of Boston. Not sure I like it here too much traffic. I also like Florida but I don't know anybody there and I would miss home what should I do. My biological clock iso ticking and I'm going on 31 and still single and currently unemployed.

i work in the layaway department at walmart, and we just got word today that they are doing away with layaway after the christmas season. I think it is stupid cause we get a lot of business from the layaway. And walmart just keeps finding ways to screw over its employees and customers. Soon target will be doing layaways and walmart will be out of business.

How can a Wal-Mart answer to complaints from a community such as traffic congestion around the area where the store is built, environmental degradation, a negative effect on downtown commerce, the money spent at Wal-Mart might not be recycled
in the town, and the sense that the town would lose it “homey” identity.??

i am starting my own business with my fiancee and as you can imagine, costs to get started are outrageous. anyway, we found out about quickboks point of sale and loved the trial version of it, but the store version is like $599 to $1000!!! we don't have that kind of cash just lying around. so can someone please help???

I understand that people don't want products, etc. I also understand that people get tired of people they DO NOT do business with calling their houses, however, I am just doing my job, trying to support my family, and I never badger anyone, is it really necessary to be so rude when someone is polite to you? I don't care if you get the product or program or not, but can you at least not CURSE at me. :) I feel better already.

Last year I sent my resume to a company, I got an interview and past some tests. They said they will callme back, now after one year they call me back, got a second interview and they said i was a very strong candidate, and do those test again. At first I was very interested, but after one year, my job expectation have change and I feel very comfortable with my actual job? How can I decline to keep going with this selection process? Any idea?

I have bad experiences renting to relatives because they tend to take advantages of me. If they don't pay you late fees and rent, it's very uneasy to ask them because they will take it personally. They will spread their words like disease to other relatives. If you don't confront with them, you need the money to pay your mortgage and water bill too. Which one would you choose? reputation or money?

My friend's family would like to have a motel business in CA, fresno. however, when he told me the price which from motel owner i feel kind of expensive. For me, i don't know anything about business, but i hear from my uncle's friend, who a motel business said that the value for a motel is total income per year times 4 or 5. I live in a town surrounded by millionares. It's Cali, so I know many are "bay area equity millionares". However there are soooo many huge mansions. I guess I'm a middle class gal. (Maybe upper, in a nation wide scale) I look at the homes and wish I could knock on the front door and ask but I can't. What worked for you? Own your own business? Smart investing? We do spend less than we make which is smart, but I'm not sure where to go from here. Any advise would be great. Thanks! YA is so cool.
