When submitting a cover letter and resume, should one make two attachments, one of the cover letter and the other of the resume? Or do the cover letter and resume go in the same attachment? Thank you! =)

now there is someting on my credit report and i think it maybe that car that was reposessed. it is the only negative thing on my credit report. i'm not sure yet waiting on the results of the investigation, but if it is what should i do. i'm 22 and looking to buy a home and refiance my car.

Company is known for being top heavy (too many Directors, AVPs).
If you are in one of those management positions, do you actively pursue other non-management opportunities in the company (at same salary level), or do you wait to see if you will be selected to stay with the new Private company structure? If a severance package is offered before you find out if you will selected to keep your job, do you take it?

I have been at my new job for a month now, and I don't like it at all.The job is not difficult, but I just don't like it. I don't like my co-workers, the atmosphere, nothing about it appeals to me. I dislike waking up to go there. It sucks. Plus I never get to have my lunch break, because everyone else disappears and someone and someone has to stay at the office. I feel like I am underpaid and being taken advantage of. I need the money, but i feel so unhappy there, anyone ever been in this position?

I may or may not be involved in offshore investing. How can I do this here in the United States legally?

I have no interest in investments here in the US, so I am looking abroad. However, I WANT to be legal. I do not want to get myself into any trouble.

So basically, how can I do offshore investing legally here in the US? And dont tell me to that I can't or shouldn't do it. That is not an option.

My wife was in a car accident, the driver was an uninsured motorist. He was an adult, and he was driving his father's car. So can you pursue the father through his insurance? It was his car, the car is insured, and the car was not reported as stolen or anything like that.

We do have uninsured motorist coverage ourselves, but putting it on our insarance would likely raise our rates. Any advice?
