i recently found a job, and i like it, i like the people in the office, everyone seems to like me , but the problem is : no one in the office likes my boss! but they like me and i like them.... but everytime i have a small talk with someone in the office, i can see my boss's eyes and he actually told me one day that he wants me to stay away from these guys in other cubicals.... who is right and who is wrong? i am lost....what should i do, how to behaivE?

I am still legally married but live by myself and my kid. I make about $2400 a month before taxes and the gov keeps about $400 each month. I currently have "single" and 4 allowances on my paycheck. Anyone know how much or what status I can claim to keep the most possible each month? I don't want to end up owing money in April! Thanks everyone :)

My solicter has contacted me, to tell me to move your savings to a more secure and better interest rate....

I just want to invest the whole lot in one go so that i get a lump-sum every year......I need

Highest interest.......very secure....risk free....No ISA (max is only £15,000)

i keep thinking post office income bonds....but you can only invest £100,000

what do u recommend

The way I understand it is pharma companies make and sell drugs and biotech companies research how to make the drugs. However, aren't some companies both pharma and bio-tech? I was reading some reports on Genentech and I found it confusing.

I received 2 of those "pyramid chain letters" in the mail claiming that if you mail $1 to the 5 addresses enclosed that it works as a chain and then people mail money back to you . I was wondering if anyone has ever tried that and if it worked. Thanks ! not sure what category to put this in either.

I am about to turn17 next Friday and I feel as if I have terrible money-management skills. I have a job and I have been there for 4 months which I am proud of. My problem is that I spend money on dumb, meaningless items such as candy and magazines. I have a checking account and the only time I write checks is when a place does not take my debit card. My problem is my debit card. I use it constantly. I'm trying really hard to save because I graduate in a year and I want to have money for college campus visits w/ my friends and graduation pictures and whatnot. Any tips would be appreciated.

Seems like almost every company that i've worked for has bosses or supervisors that are either complete idiots, biggots, or asssholes. This is after they rave to you about how they will provide you with the neccessary tools and resources to do your job, how they will help develop you along, and all those other B.S. But guess what? Turns out totally opposite every single time, and especially in the corporate world. Don't these fukking idiot supervisors know that the key to an effective teamwork environment lies in their desire to make the workers who do work hard feel welcomed? FUKKING CORPORATE SUPERVISOR CLOWNS !!! (Who out there feels the same way and agrees with me ?)

I am starting up an internet business from my home, I need a mailing address to get it started. I heard at this home business seminar that you can put your home address as the business address and just add "suite" to it and it will work. Is this true and how should it look like?
