Well, your boss thinks he/she has a reason to be on your case.
If you want to keep the job, then it might help to think that:
" I don't have to agree with my boss,
but I do have to try to do things the way he/she wants them."
Another change in perspective might be instead of dwelling upon your feelings about how your boss treats you, how about trying to show your boss that you & he/she share common goals, at least at work? (in other words, remembering that since it isn't your boss that has anything to prove at work, it must be someone else who does...)
These two things helped me deal with a very difficult boss successfully. We went on to work many years together & parted on good terms. And I don't think 2 humans could see things more differently than we did from each other!
Good Luck!
;-)

So you don't do anything and your boss is onto you? Try doing something, like working, and your boss may leave you alone. j/k don't freak out. Try to avoid your boss as much as possible. If you feel like your job isn't worth it anymore due to your boss, try to transfer to another area or discuss the issue with HR.

Sometimes they do that to push you as they see more potential. Other times, they have nothing better to do. I put up with mine by drinking beer and fishing on the weekends!! :-) Good luck and hope things get better for you.
