Depending upon the business you are talking about. In Real Estate, yes, it's the law. If you are selling real properties, yes.

simple answer... deal with another as you would like them to deal with you. Hide something in a deal and you must always expect something will be hidden from you. Ethics is the key to any truly "successful" business.
