The job Im trying to find has no start up fee, puts money on your paypal account..I have alot of time on my hand since my husband went to jail .......and since I have 3 kids 4 and under a regular job isnt an option at this point ...........PLEASE HELP

Honey, there are no actual JOBS that are like that. There are a lot of "business opportunities" that are really pyramid scams and only the top few people in the company are making any real money.
Real jobs run ads in the paper, on websites like careerbuiler.com and monster.com, etc. You will rarely find a legit job that is work from home. Most of the time you will have to be working for a company already, and then they will allow you to telecommute.
Have you considered in home daycare since you are already home with 3 young ones? That is a legit stay at home job.

Here's one that's not a scam and it's a Proven Formula at http://www.bedavis1.mywayout.net.! It is a new division of a billion-dollar international company that is listed on the New York Stock exchange. Keep in mind however, not all businesses are scams....but yet there are some out there that prey on those looking for a serious business. Almost every business requires a start up fee because you're purchasing products or resources/business tools to get you started in your business. As with ANY business you look at, DO check them out with the BBB (better business bureau) for legitimacy, ratings, complaints and praises, etc. Get the book "The Business School" by Robert Kiyosaki and read about his cash flow quadrant and other ideas/suggestions about how to make it in your business. Zig Ziggler’s "Over the Top" is another excellent book as well!

One way is money making online however most of them are scam, After lot of search, I have found one website, where you can easily make $500 in a month part time money working at home. The only work need to be done is posting a discussion and answering a discussion. the link is:

But there is nothing called free lunch and you have to work if you want to make more and more money. When i said $500, i meant in a month, if you will work hard even if you can make $3000.. it all depends on your usage pattern. How u get money is through posting a discussion and replying to discussion. I worked for 1 hour daily last month and i got paid $136 for the last month. Its not bad after all.

There are no online jobs that are legit... the are all schemes guideed to taking money from you.
The only way to make money online is to create a busines that sells products, get a web site and start selling that way or find a legitamate company that will let you do work for them from home... It usually requires going around and offering your services... selling yourself so to speak.
