You dont have to, they are automatically deducted from your account....but if you are overdrawn and your account is closed you will be referred to a collection agency

with me when i had happen to me i had to put $40 in the back and out of that $ 33 were the fee. i have no idea what happens but if i were you i would just pay up.

you're account will eventually go to collections and your name will be added to chex systems. you'll have a super huge problem getting another account anywhere if you're on chex system.
