This is probably a stupid question, but since I want to get a leg tattoo and I seem to have problems with razor bumps on my legs,what type of razors do they usually use in shops.I mean do they just shave your leg without any type of cream or what.I don't want the surrounding skin to have razor bumps.

Ok all you regulars....I'm going in for my addition on the 23rd and the bug is starting to hit and I'm getting nervous again....grumble, grumble... Alot of you regulars already know what I'm getting and such...Reassuring words please...excited but nervous....

All you smarties that are going to tell me that tattooes are ugly, I'm sinning, low class, and all that other stuff....already have one so you're too late. :) Thanks for your loving comments though.

I JUST got a new tattoo about two days ago. Its about the size of a half dollar, so its on the smaller side. They said it should peel and stuff and be alright in about a week, and then fully back to normal in 4 weeks. Does anyone/ has anyone got tanning before the full four weeks if your tat is covered? I know about using sunscreen like Kiss Off, which is for tats in tanning beds... but if i go a little earlier than the 4 weeks do you think thats ok? i have prom and i dont want to be forced to go like a ghost!

I had my very first tattoo done Sunday evening. I have followed the directions to the letter. As I was cleaning the area I noticed a small amount of the blue coloring had come off on to the papertowel. I am wanting to know is this normal or do I need to consult the artist who did the tattoo? Serious answers only please.

I am getting my first tattoo several weeks from now, and I'm very nervous. I am getting it on my upper right arm, and most people tell me it barely hurts, but I would like to know from people who actually have tattoos on there upper arm tell me that. I am trying to design my own tattoo for my lower back...I want to have a nice vine with Japanese flowers on it ...however I was hoping to find flowers to represent the months that myself and my parents were born....does anybody know of any links that list what Japanese flowers are for which months?? i got my lip peirced on jan 20 and its healed but i just got a job that is making me take it out will the hole stay open for 4 - 8 hours at a time i was going to take it out at work (4 - 8 hours) then put it back in does anyone know if that would work.
