i have decided to use a retainer for my lip peircing but it is still noticable so i am going to put a tiny bandaid on it for work is that stupid.

A "tiny" bandaid is probably a lot more noticable and eye-catching than the retainer.
If you don't know for sure if your work has a problem with the retainer, then ASK them. But using a bandaid just draws a lot more attention to the area.

No that's not stupid when I was in school the nose rings became popular so everyone started getting piercings and then the school made a rule that you couldn't wear any piercings to school and the people that had the nose rings had to take them out for school and put a band aid on the hole I think its the best thing to do so that no one has to see your hole =)

try using a clear lip stud they also have ones that blend in with your skin. i think if you used a bandaid you would get tired of everyone asking you what happened to your chin

yep, the bandaid won't stick to your lip any way. try to hide it with lip stick.

that would still be kind of obvious but i guess it would work people would just think you are trying to cover up a bad zit!

i wouldn't do that, its proll not as noticeable as u think, most people proll dont even pay attention to that stuff.
