Yes Hairstylistsrock.....I do happen to know of a first rate tattoo artist who's ink is fantastic. However (was with most artists) don't expect to wander in off the street and get tattooed....Please call the shop and see if you can get an appointment.

i'd go check out pb. make a day of going and talking to people in different shops then make an appointment after you find one you like
