I live in Toronto Canada. What should I be asking/looking for? Anyone know anybody reputable?

Anyone can post their shop or private information onto those free listing sites. It is no better than looking in the phone book. In fact, the phone book is better because they are generally paid listings and at least a reputable shop should be able to afford that.
You would be best served viewing websites from those close to you and stopping in to check out the places if you don't know people who can directly refer you to their artist.

when ever you live in this world a tattoo artist is a tattoo artist
they are all very proffessional as long as you didnt want it done
inside the jail i done mine with different artist all i can say is pretty
good,,,,well done
look in the yellow pages close to your place a tattoo studio and visit the place look on all their art samples and talk to them some of them needs a booking for your tattoos to be done
