To add to the above...
The skin isn't a two-dimensional thing; it has depth. The needle pushes ink to the low level where it's permanent, but some is spread over the upper levels where it will be shed as skin is shed. Most of that extra ink seems to be in the first layer or so.
Most of it comes out in that first shed/peel, the one that comes off like a bad sunburn (speaking from experience on both). The next shed is more like the small bits of normal skin and imho itches rather more; I'm at that phase on my recent work.
Keep in mind too that a tattoo takes a bit to 'set'. The skin seems to take a couple of months to settle to it's normal state, although I was mostly there after a month. Until that time the skin & tattoo underneath can appear a little grey-ish and won't look that bright.

What you need to be asking yourself is if the tattoo itself looks significantly faded or deformed in any way. If you watch a video of people getting tattooed, you can see the artist wiping off the area every so often and you'll see blood and ink on the rag. Yeah, ink does come off. You said "I had a tattoo 2 days ago", does this mean you /got/ that tattoo two days ago? If this a month or more after getting the tattoo and you're seeing random ink come off, no, this is really strange. If you got the tattoo 2 days ago, then you're not supposed to be washing it every day. This could be why ink is coming off. You're supposed to let it remain under the bandage for about a week (some artists say more!) before you start washing and re-bandaging it.

your ink is not "comming off".
your are scabbing, and that is a normal process. do not over clean, do not use vaseline, make sure that you are using A & D ointment, and do not keep it too moist.
if you scab a lot, your scab will come off and will have some of the color of the ink , this is normal.
I have 6 tattoos and have had several degrees of scabbing with each, depends on you skin type.give it a couple of weeks, keep the tat out of the sun.

Your tattoo ink had to go through several layers of skin.
The outer layer, the epidermis, doesn't hold ink, so, all those thousands of little holes that the needle put in you are going to 'leak' a little bit.
It's absolutely normal--don't worry.

Yes it is normal for a small amount of coloring of the tattoo to come off. That happened to both of mine when I got them done. Nothing to worry about. If you are still unsure then by all means call the artist and ask.

it's totally normal. your skin is going to get rid of some of the ink. just keep caring for it as you were told to and in a couple of weeks you'll have a wonderfully healed tattoo! good luck!

yes, this is completely normal. unless you end up with large areas where the color never set, don't worry about it. most tattoos are inundated with ink. all you're seeing on the paper towel is the excess.
if after you've let it heal completely, you see spots that don't have the right amount of color, consult your artist.
