i just went and got my 7th tattoo and i want to know after it heals will it fade out.

I have a few tattoos all meaning the something special. But recently the two tattoos that have gotten the most grief from others mainly immature college guys at bars have been my houston city skyline on my lower back and my pink and black stars on my rib cage. Its funny because most of these guys have the stereotypical tribal armband or legband and probably only had to sit for an hour tops. plus im tired of employers making it difficult for tattooed individuals to get good jobs. any ideas on this

I was just curious as to how bad lower back tattoos hurt for someone who has never had a tattoo before. I don't care about hearing anyone's opinion on what they think about them and if I should get one or not. I would just like to know how bad they hurt because I have heard many different opinions.

I sure do. I have a tribal on my lower back. It doesn't represent me as a tramp because by all means I'm not. I'm a devoted mother and professional. I am very smart not only by education but street smart also. I am successful and happy in my life. I have wonderful children and lots of friends. I am not a tramp and hate it when people refer to ladies as a tramp because of the art they wear. Anybody else out there feel the same? Or can explain why they call it such (defend your reasoning of calling us tramps that bear this art)?

I want tattoos when I grow up, but all I ever hear are all the worst case scenarios or the people who either don't know or don't tell me, flat out, what usually happens with tattoos.

I just got a new tattoo, and after 2 days my chest has turned red and has ben ichings lately, soon enough small red bumps are appearing. I am currently using Aquaphor to help heal my tattoo as I have used Aquaphor to my prior tattoos, as my past tattoos had reactions, but this one on my chest seemed real severe. Does anyone recommend another type of ointment to help heal my tattoo? I have read in forums AD ointment or Curel will be a better replacement for tattoo healing. In anycase how can I let this reaction calm or sooth itself? Is another ointment recommended?
