I got a sun with kanji for strength inside it, my inner strength. I got it on my lower back, so nobody would really see it, anyway, it took an hour to do, and my tattoo artist charged me $90.00. I think it all depends on the artist, the time it takes to do it, and it all depends on how much detail that your tattoo has.

The cost is not by placement of the tattoo but the size, shaded or unshaded, and the detailing. If it is like the tattoo that stretches across the lower back from just above the buttocks area lets say a size of about 8 inches across and 2 to 3 inches high your looking at, at the very least $250.00 depending also on where you go. Some places may be cheaper some higher, there are not cost regulations for tattoo's so anything goes with the cost levels. Do your homework research tattoo parlors get quotes. Good Luck.

Personally I could move to your chest proper above your boob wherein your center is. That method it is blanketed for paintings and it's in a well individual situation. Lower again isn't a well placement for that tattoo. Honestly if I had been to get a tattoo in reminiscence of any person else it would not be approximately me, it could be some thing approximately the man or woman who passed on to the great beyond. Something that was once their favourite or some thing that reminds you of him however you will have to under no circumstances get your possess identify tattooed on you, it simply appears dull like you're into your self. You will have to get some thing that symbolizes your dad no longer what your dad referred to as you.

Depends on the size, colour and if the artist has to draw it from scratch. Mine costs $180 about 5 inches and the artist drew.

Check a few shops in your area out and see what they charge. Beware that the cheaper it is doesn't necessary mean its safe. If this is your first tattoo, then ask friends for recommendations and do some research on the web. Most shops do have a website and list their safetly regulations.

Good luck!

I paid $130 for my tattoo on my lower back and it is a lotus flower with a tribal design on either side of it, and it's about five inches in width... Different tattoo places will charge different amounts depending on color and how intricate it is. Just make sure it is something you wont mind having 10 or 20 years from now (nothing cutesy or immature I guess). BTW it does hurt to get one there, kind of rattles your spine a bit but nothing intolerable!

It all depends on the size of the tattoo and the artist. Most artists will look at the design and then tell you what they will charge to do it. I have a large butterfly with black tribal on my low back and it took about an hour and a half. It cost around $150.00 plus the tip. Make sure you go to a reputable artist and look at his or her work before making your appt. with him or her. Good luck!

It all depends on what you what artist is doing what time you go. But thin twice before gettng one on your lower back. Im a guy and have the houston city skyline on my lower back and its really not a great feeling. plus for girls the lower back tattoo is carrying a stigma of bein trampish not that its right but it is. Now a tattoo on your side like down your rib cage truly is unique.

It depends on the size and the shop, Most shops have a minimum starting price and then charge an hourly rate. So it all will depend on time. It would be best to bring your design ideas into a shop and get them to give you an estimate.

It depends on the size and the intricacy. Also it depends on the tattoo parlor. Some areas of the country and even within the same city will be widely varied as far as price goes.
