Hey, just wondering...what is the best product on the market to cover up a tattoo? Just temporarily, like for a wedding or something...

Thoughts? Ideas?

Thanks!

Ben Nye does a fantastic range of theatrical make-up, their range has products that are specifically designed to cover up tatoos.

I've used their products and they are fantastic, they are also used by professionals on celebrities etc so they must be good!

You can find their products at any decent theatrical retailer or you can visit their website and order a free catalogue.

If it is just for a day then I would just use a band aide. (if it is small enough) I was a bridesmaid in a wedding once and covered the tattoo on my ankle with a large band aide. The only person that said something was my grandmother...asking me what happened. This also worked for me when I was in a play in college. I also heard that there is such thing as makeup, specifically used for covering tattoos.

Years ago, I used to use Pancake as stage makeup (I think it was by Max Factor). Mainly, I needed something to hide discoloration on my face so I never used it on my tattoo. However, the stuff is so thick and heavy that I would imagine that it could hide a tattoo.

Foundation. If it covers zits, it should cover tattoos.
